What is Unpopular Opinion?

Pineapple belongs on pizza? Cats are overrated? Each player submits their spiciest hot take (anonymously), and the group discusses who might have dropped that controversial bomb.

The goal? Guess who said what — and try not to lose all your friends in the process.

How to Play

Here’s how you can play Unpopular opinion step by step. This setup works well for remote, hybrid, or in-person teams:

• Each player anonymously submits an unusual or controversial opinion.
• Host reads out the opinions one by one.
• Players discuss each opinion and try to guess who said it.
• Votes are cast, and correct guesses earn points.
• Bonus: vote for 'most outrageous' or 'most relatable' opinion.
